Nose Surgery Reviews

Four-month nose surgery review at [Clinic A] Plastic Surgery

Normally it didn’t bother me much, but my biggest concern was that every time I smiled, the tip of my nose drooped and looked like an arrow nose. Especially in photos, the shape of my nose changed the moment I smiled, so it looked untidy from both the front and side, and I hated that it made my overall impression look a little off. At the same time, I didn’t want my nose made too high or my appearance to change dramatically. I think I wanted the tip to settle naturally when smiling while keeping the overall mood of my face. During the consultation, Director Yoo Ki-hyun accurately pointed out the arrow nose I was concerned about and the drooping tip when smiling. Rather than simply raising the bridge, he explained the surgical plan while considering the strength and movement of the tip. He also reflected my wish for a ‘natural change’ very well. He consulted with me toward designing the bridge naturally according to my overall facial proportions instead of making it unconditionally high, which gave me confidence, and I felt his aesthetic matched what I wanted. The best part was that my nose didn’t suddenly stand out on its own; my overall impression was naturally refined. I used to worry a lot about my tip when smiling or taking photos, but now the line looks stable from every angle, so I feel much more comfortable taking pictures. People around me often say that my impression is the same but I somehow look cleaner and naturally prettier, which makes me even more satisfied. I think he understood the natural direction I wanted and carefully reflected the points I had been concerned about, so overall my satisfaction is high 🫶
