I went for a consultation about a hump nose surgery. I absolutely wanted a natural look without an obvious surgical appearance, and after researching extensively, I liked Dr. Kim Tae-hwan’s style the most. The consultation was kind and thorough, but because I don’t want an obvious result, I wanted ear cartilage and a closed approach, whereas Dr. Kim uses septal cartilage and an open approach, so I’m still deliberating. If I think it over more and decide to have rhinoplasty, I’ll probably have it done at First Button. If you want a natural look, I recommend getting a consultation here.
