Hi everyone. I’ve received so much help from this community, so I thought I’d leave a review too. I’m really bad at writing, so please bear with me. First, in 1990 I had a silicone implant and ear cartilage. 2. In 2005, the silicone protruded, so I removed only the silicone and added fat grafting. 3. In 2008, I had only silicone inserted again, while the ear cartilage remained. Starting this year, pigmentation appeared at the tip of my nose and a slight line formed. I wanted revision surgery again, but I’m older now and hated the idea of searching again and going through removal yet again, so I had everything removed. They said there was no inflammation, lol. The silicone had shifted toward the left. They said the ear cartilage was still in place. If I had known, I might have removed the silicone while leaving the ear cartilage, lol. Anyway, they said there was no inflammation, so why was the tip of my nose in that condition? Could it have happened because of capsular contracture? Anyway, the removal went well, and because of the nasal packing I can’t taste anything, lol. My face doesn’t seem swollen, but I don’t know about tomorrow, lol. They said the nasal packing and splint will be removed on the 24th. The surgery took about 1 hour and 50 minutes. I’ll leave another review then. I’ll delete the photos later.
