Three-month review after double-jaw surgery

I had been very concerned about my jaw asymmetry for a long time, and chewing food also took a long time. When I visited the hospital, they explained my condition in detail. They told me that only about three teeth were making contact and that there was a certain degree of asymmetry, and they carefully explained how the surgery could be performed. Whenever I visited before surgery, the doctor and coordinator checked my orthodontic status together and helped coordinate the surgical schedule, which relieved much of my anxiety and concern about such a major operation. After the surgery was completed successfully, the swelling and heat sensation were severe, making it difficult to breathe and eat, but the hospital took such meticulous care of me that I was comfortable until discharge. After discharge, they regularly checked my pain, sensory recovery, swelling, and other aspects, which was very helpful. Once the swelling subsided, the asymmetry I wanted corrected seemed to have improved well aesthetically, and chewing also became much easier. I am very satisfied that the aspects I personally disliked have been resolved.
