After rhinoplasty, my columella is sticking out a bit From the front, it looks like a droopy, arrow-shaped nose, like Seo Kyung-seok’sㅡ Could this be swelling in the columella? If the swelling goes down, will it go in a bit..?? I’m so curious, it’s this part ㅠㅠㅠ When I force myself to smile, it looks like that.. After my first nose surgery before, I posted the exact same thing, and back then it did go in, you know? This time it’s a revision. ㅠㅠ
