I had nasal tip surgery, but after just a year and a half, the nasal tip has already drooped slightly, so I’m considering revision surgery. I had a CoGelCo consultation, and the director said the surgery is simple and there would absolutely be no sagging. I am drawn to it, but this is also an unfamiliar surgical method, and without a strut, they just grind ear cartilage and inject it like filler. Is it really possible for the shape to be maintained without sagging? What does everyone think??
