Revision rhinoplasty, autologous costal cartilage, calcification - early 40s, curious

I already paid the hospital reservation deposit for autologous costal cartilage, but at one place I went to for a final consultation, they told me that since I’m in my early 40s, I should use donated costal cartilage because there’s a high possibility mine may be calcified... I’ve had consultations at almost 20 other hospitals, and most recommended autologous costal cartilage, so I hadn’t even thought about calcification. I’m really struggling with what to do. The place where I paid the deposit says they have many patients in their 40s and that most of them use autologous costal cartilage, so who am I supposed to believe??? Has anyone been in the same situation as me?
