I'm looking into ㄹㅂㄹ and ㄷㄷㅇ for revision rhinoplasty for a bulbous nose. Which of the two do you think would be better? Please choose for me. If there are any other good places, please recommend them too ㅠㅠ I want to redo it in a more glamorous style. My nose looks so natural right now that it's almost the same before and afterㅜㅜ I feel like my bulbous nose wasn't improved enough

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
