12 years ago, I had my dorsal hump shaved down and had nasal tip lengthening surgery with septal extension, but my septum became deviated and breathing was uncomfortable, so I went for a consultation about removal. There is also a method of removing it, but when I said I didn’t want my nasal tip to become lower, they said that the hump hadn’t been shaved properly during the first surgery, and I received a consultation for removal/revision surgery using a method where, after hump surgery, the open roof is covered with a wedge graft. Could I hear experiences from people who, like me, have had wedge grafting after hump surgery, how long it has been, and what your current condition is like?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
