I had revision surgery with ear cartilage 3 years ago, and suddenly starting last week, the tip of my nose got slightly red, so I put on one of those round pimple patches for two days. After that, in that exact shape, the skin looks kind of outlined and raised, like a mosquito bite ㅠㅠ Makeup doesn’t sit well there, and I do think the cartilage may be showing through too, but is it possible for the skin texture itself to feel different only in that area?? ㅠㅠ Even when I look at photos from just a month ago, it does seem like the nose tip was showing through here and there, but it didn’t feel like makeup wasn’t applying well or that anything was raised ㅠㅠ I think it’s been about five days now, and I’m so distressed ㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
