Donated costal cartilage for revision surgery Would it be okay? Autologous costal cartilage seems like the recovery time and process would be a bit hard, but I wonder if donated costal cartilage can also support the columellar strut area. Everyone’s opinions are so different, so I’m really torn. I wonder if people who had it done are living fine without complications. I really feel like the nose is something you shouldn’t touch.
