I went to Mind yesterday, and I know I wasn’t careful enough either, but since there are legal rules about refunding deposits, I figured if I changed my mind later I could cancel the deposit, so I just paid it super casually. But on the day, they didn’t tell me anything about any deposit refund policy, so just in case, I asked after I got home, and they said it couldn’t be refunded. So I said there’s no such law legally, and asked what standard they were using to say that, and only then did they say they’d refund 90%. Honestly, I wasn’t even planning to get a refund, but from the attitude of saying refunds were impossible, like huh? I guess I lost trust in the hospital itself. It felt kind of bad, so I don’t want to do it anymore. What kind of thief-like place still doesn’t refund deposits these days lololol
