Hi everyone Today is my review after visiting clinics.
When it comes to plastic surgery clinics in Busan and Daegu, it was pretty hard to find anything other than ads… so I decided to become the test subject.
Because of work and other reasons, I can't stay in Seoul for long or keep going back and forth, so I decided to do it locally… If I weren't in this situation, I would have done it in Seoul, so people who live up north don't need to come down on purpose.
First, the problems I thought my nose had were: crooked nose, arrow-shaped nose -> looks long, drooping nasal tip, narrow nasolabial angle, the glabella isn't low but is on the lower side compared with the tip I think it's about that.
I visited three places in Daegu and four places in Busan. In Daegu, two places, ㅂㅇㅣ and ㄷㅌㅋㅋ, recommended using mesh, so I was like what? and immediately crossed them off. The remaining place, ㅂ엘, seemed okay, but I crossed it off because its reputation wasn't great… Anyway, there wasn't anywhere in Daegu that I felt drawn to.
In Busan: ㄴㅇ, ㅇㅇㄴㅇ, ㅎㄴ, ㄹㅇ
ㄴㅇ -> The director was very realistic and didn't push for excessive surgery. Overall it was okay, but the reviews weren't extremely good either. More than anything, he gave me the decision about using silicone, and at that time I had gone without studying anything at all, so I didn't know much about side effects. When I asked, he didn't explain the side effects transparently and only talked about the line. Anyway, he kept firmly saying that was something I had to decide Since I'm an F type, I felt like if I had surgery here, I would have many times where I got hurt emotionally later, so I passed Septal cartilage, ear cartilage + hump correction, whether to use silicone decided by the patient
ㅇㅇㄴㅇ -> I saw it on Gangnam Unni and liked the line, so I went. Maybe it hasn't been open long, but the facility itself was really clean and somehow luxurious,,, I paid a 10,000 won reservation deposit here, but the clinic didn't mention it separately and I also forgot about it, so I forgot to get it back Is the deposit the consultation fee…? I do wonder, but I don't need it, so I'm just letting it go. Anyway, here the director looked really rushed, said everything quickly, and it was over I showed the line I wanted, and at that time I wanted a semi-ski-slope line. Now I know that line absolutely won't come out on my nose, so I prefer a straight-with-slight-curve or straight nose line, but at that time they said a semi-ski-slope was possible here… Also, around then there were continuous reviews about side effects where an implant protruded from the nose, so I passed. ㅎㄴ -> I went just because it was famous I have a lot to say but won't. I only had a consultation with the consultant, not with the doctor. I went after making a reservation… I guess that's how they normally do it. But the consultant was really… talking so firmly, saying silicone was absolutely necessary as if she were the one doing the surgery, so I was like sigh and just passed Septal cartilage, ear cartilage + hump correction + silicone
ㄹㅇ -> This place is legendary. First, they offer 5 years of free aftercare, and the consultation was the longest ever. He absolutely didn't try to end it first, and it ended only when I got a bit tired and tried to wrap it up.,, This was the place I went to after studying properly, and I liked that the director said he could tell I had studied, complimented me, and explained side effects transparently. He answered each of my questions in detail, so I liked it. During the consultation, I just thought, ah, this is the place! Even without me saying it, he noticed all my concerns, and he immediately knew that I wear glasses too As I listened to all sorts of explanations, I liked it even more. Ah, but as in the reviews, the desk staff aren't exactly super kind. I think the consultant was a bit kind! But the desk is whatever… I don't care about that Here: nasal tip with septal cartilage -> if insufficient, ear cartilage, slight hump correction, AlloDerm for the low part of the glabella (I mentioned concerns about saddle nose as a side effect after septal cartilage harvesting, and he drew a picture while explaining that to avoid excessive harvesting, ear cartilage can also be used. About absorption of AlloDerm in the glabella, he said I only need the glabella raised slightly, so although there is a chance of absorption, it would be okay even if it absorbs. In his opinion, AlloDerm seems better than getting filler regularly! But he also said I'm absolutely not the type where glabellar filler spreads, so filler would also be okay.)
So I booked surgery at ㄹㅇ~! My surgery is tomorrow, so I'll bring a good review too haha I hope this helps local clinic shoppers in various ways.
