My biggest concern among my facial areas was the area under my chin, so I looked into facial liposuction, had a consultation at Onyu, and went ahead with it. During the consultation, they took a CT scan and said that my right cheekbone was more developed than it appeared externally, and that I had more square-jaw muscle than expected. It was completely hidden by soft tissue, so I would never have known normally, but the CT showed it immediately, which was really helpful! They explained that Botox in addition to liposuction would define the line more, so I also had square-jaw Botox and salivary-gland Botox. After surgery, the area under my chin definitely feels lighter, and the side profile looks cleaner than before, so I’m satisfied. The only inconvenience was that the building had just one elevator, so going back and forth was very slow... Other than that, everything was good!
