It Has Been Four Weeks Since My Abdominal Fat-Extraction Injections, and the Change in My Waistline Is Amazing!

It has been four weeks since I received abdominal fat-extraction injections! Today, exactly three full weeks later, I weighed myself again, and the result was amazing haha. I weighed 55.6 kg immediately before the procedure, but today I weighed 53 kg! I also measured my waist: it went from 75 cm before the procedure to 71 cm now haha. Numerically, I have lost about 2.6 kg, but the visible change feels much greater than that haha. My pants are definitely looser at the waist, and I can clearly feel more room in whatever I wear! After passing the third week, my waistline became the most noticeable change. You can see the indentation even from the front, and it is even clearer from the side haha. The area I was most concerned about was my lower abdomen, and this time I can definitely see it has gone in haha. Before, no matter how much weight I lost, my lower belly stayed the same.. T_T It is amazing that I can slightly see the rib line from the side, and I can vaguely see the abdominal muscle lines that were hidden before, which motivates me whenever I look in the mirror haha. Rather than relying only on the fat-extraction injections, I am also trying to keep my diet clean haha. I try to eat brown rice for carbohydrates and focus on protein and vegetables for side dishes. I also tend to choose foods with lighter seasoning! I try not to snack, but when I am really hungry, I have boiled eggs haha. The injections were not a small expense, so I have been exercising harder with the mindset of losing as much as possible while the effects last! I walk consistently and ride an indoor bike whenever I have time haha. Before the procedure, I felt a little discouraged because exercise did not make much visible difference, but now I can see the results of my efforts, so I work even harder haha. Since it is only week four, I still have some bruising and firmness in my abdomen, but once everything settles, I expect the line to look much more defined than it does now, so I am even more excited about the remaining recovery period haha. I am also curious how much my weight will change from the current 53 kg! These days I think every day that I made the right decision getting the procedure haha.
