I am not naturally someone who gains much weight and I am on the thin side, but strangely, fat gathered only under my chin. Especially when viewed from below, my double chin was very visible, which was truly stressful. Even from the front, the area under my chin did not look clean and seemed somehow stuffy, and photos were especially awful. I thought I should at least try something rather than keep worrying about it, so I had facial liposuction hehe. During the consultation, I also explained the areas that bothered me most.
