Nose Surgery Reviews

It’s already been a month since my revision rhinoplasty

It feels like I only had surgery recently, but it’s been over a month already, haha. At first there was a lot of swelling, and because it was revision surgery and my nose had not settled yet, I was very worried. Now that it has been about a month, I can definitely feel that the swelling has become much more natural. It hasn’t completely settled, of course, but compared with before surgery, everything looks more refined, and both the height and line of my nose are neat! It’s gradually getting closer to the look I wanted, so I’m fairly satisfied. Since it was revision surgery, I had naturally been thinking of rib cartilage. I was given the choice of donated rib cartilage or autologous costal cartilage, and I chose autologous costal cartilage. Honestly, I was most worried that it would look too obvious or make my nose hard and awkward, but I’m just someone who worries a lot... It’s less awkward than expected! The slight awkwardness is only noticeable a little in photos, and it’s hard to tell in person... People around me have been complimenting my nose a lot and saying it looks better than before, so I’m feeling more at ease, haha. Considering it’s only been a month, I’m generally satisfied so far!! I’m endlessly grateful to Dr. Jinhwa Lee at Private Plastic Surgery for performing my surgery.
