I think my nose surgery turned out in the feminine, straight-line style I wanted

An older friend I know had nose surgery recently, and it turned out exactly like the kind of nose I really like. It did not look obviously operated on; only the shortcomings were improved naturally, making her face look naturally prettier. I had nose filler eight years ago, and while researching surgery this time, I was told any remaining filler had to be dissolved first. I had heard so many stories about dissolving filler being painful that this part honestly scared me. Still, since I had previously had filler, I knew exactly what had bothered me. My nose was not simply low; I also had a bulbous tip and a hump, so raising only the bridge would not solve it. This time I decided that correcting the bulbous tip and hump together, rather than using filler, and changing the overall shape was the way to achieve the result I wanted. When I discussed my desired nose with the director at D-Day, I said I wanted surgery that did not look strongly operated on, with a natural straight side profile. I also wanted the bulbous appearance clearly refined. Since part of my bridge looked slightly uneven, we decided to refine that too. They examined inside my nose as well and carefully checked an area that had usually made breathing uncomfortable. Ultimately, I also had functional rhinoplasty. My nose seems to have turned out even better than expected. Maybe because I chose a straight profile, it does not look overly sharp or feminine, and it is exactly what I wanted. I had been concerned about both the hump and the bulbous tip, but I think the surgery turned out cleanly.
