I'm a man, and it's been a little over a month since my revision rhinoplasty. The silicone from my first rhinoplasty became visible in bright light as my skin grew thinner, and the shape also became sharper, so I had revision surgery. Autologous costal cartilage was used together with dermis. The photo was taken after removing the splint, so there is still some swelling. The visibility is definitely gone, and you can visibly see that the nasal line has become softer. The tip seems fine too. The area where the rib cartilage was harvested was only sore for a few days. It was more manageable than I expected. There are so few reviews from men about rhinoplasty, so I am posting this in case it helps.
