I first had my nose raised once using ear cartilage lol, but it gradually drooped, and I wasn't happy with the height either, so I kept feeling that something was lacking. I thought silicone might look excessive, so I started looking for a clinic that was good at non-implant revision rhinoplasty lol. Then I saw reviews for [Clinic A] and had a consultation with Dr. Im Ji-hong. After taking a CT scan, he explained my nasal condition in detail! He suggested improving the height with dermis this time and using both septal and ear cartilage. Considering that they could use various materials and also perform functional rhinoplasty, I thought nowhere could compare, so I decided right away and had revision surgery lol. I also had correction of my bulbous nose and nasolabial angle, and I'm extremely satisfied! Is it even possible to be this defined and still look natural~? Since I also had functional rhinoplasty, breathing is much easier than before. My facial features seem more defined overall, and my face even looks slimmer. I absolutely love this revision surgery.
