One month after non-incisional ptosis correction and canthoplasty, there is still some swelling

My daughter is at the age when she is very interested in her appearance, and she kept asking, so I let her have double-eyelid surgery during this school break~ Her eyes had always looked slightly closed-in, so we also did canthoplasty and non-incisional ptosis correction. Since she is young, I carefully chose the clinic after researching extensively. Thankfully, we found a good clinic, and the director and coordinator took good care of her kindly, so I felt we had made the right choice. From the consultation, they considered not only making her look pretty right away but also how her eyes might change as she grew older, and carefully designed the crease, which made me feel reassured. After surgery, the director personally checked her eyes carefully at every follow-up, while the coordinator thoroughly explained home care and precautions, so we are calmly watching her recovery. In the before photos, her eyelids covered her pupils slightly, making her eyes look generally blurry and sleepy. After surgery, her eyes are definitely larger and clearer. The canthoplasty line opened neatly, and the ptosis correction was natural without being excessive, so I am relieved. Everything is good, but… it has now been a month and the swelling has gone down less than expected, so I am quietly worried. Hmm… the area around the crease is still puffy. As the swelling goes down, will it settle naturally? I thought swelling would disappear quickly because it was non-incisional, but perhaps because canthoplasty and ptosis correction were done together, the puffiness is lasting longer than expected~ At the follow-up, the director reassured me that the surgery went well, the crease position and recovery were all good, and the swelling would gradually subside and look much more natural with time. I am glad the clinic is taking good care of her, but as a mother, I want it to settle beautifully even one day sooner, so I feel impatient. Still, my daughter likes it, and even to me she looks much better than before, so I will try to wait calmly^^
