I had double-eyelid surgery in 11th grade, but soon afterward I developed a stye and had an incision made at an ophthalmology clinic T_T Over time, one side’s fold loosened and my eyes began to look different, which kept bothering me. While looking into revision surgery, I went for a consultation at IMK. I preferred the shape of my right eye and asked them to make the other side as symmetrical as possible. I also asked whether I needed canthoplasty, but they said it wasn’t necessary for my eyes. So I only had double-eyelid revision and ptosis correction! They also addressed the area above my eyes because I was told that a secondary fold could develop if the fat decreased further. After surgery, the line that had looked loose was restored, and both eyes look much more similar than before. I’m even more satisfied because it felt like they did only what my eyes needed, without adding unnecessary procedures!!
