Originally, I finished orthodontic treatment about 3 years ago and had fixed retainers attached on the inside of both the upper and lower teeth. But the attached retainers kept coming off so easily,, I think the clinic just attached them kind of carelessly.
For the removable retainer, they only made one for the upper teeth, and even though I still wear it every night when I sleep, I left the part that came off on the inside of my front teeth alone, so my front teeth developed a gap,, So I had retreatment for about 3 months.
Only about 6 teeth in the front were fixed with resin or something transparent. I just need to leave it fixed with that, so it isn't uncomfortable, but it felt like a waste of money,,
