My nose was originally slightly crooked, but after raising the height, it feels like the silicone is crooked and the nostril asymmetry looks more noticeable. I can also slightly see the nasal tip cartilage protruding/showing through. I had alar lifting done, and the nasal tip bulb was not touched. I wanted correction of a bulbous nose, but because the nose became higher, it does look bigger.
