For my first rhinoplasty, they used silicone + septal cartilage + ear cartilage, and now that it's been 1 year, my nasal tip has drooped and the middle part is high, so it has become slightly hump-like. People around me say my nose is still natural and pretty and that I should stop touching my face now, but I prefer a more dramatic-looking face, so I don't think I get satisfied easily So the place where I had my first surgery said they would raise my nasal tip and bridge as revision AS, but I'm really, really torn between doing it there or thinking of it as my last surgery and doing it with autologous costal cartilage at a hospital famous for dramatic results,,
