I think the nose I had surgery on 10 years ago has slightly contracted (the nasal tip is still soft, though), so I’m trying to get revision surgery.. Among the clinics I went to for consultations, the one I like the most so far (Prima) said my nose is on the short side, so if silicone is inserted, the nose could look upturned, and that it might be okay to remove the silicone, not put in any implant, and just refine the nasal tip with septal cartilage. I’m so conflictedㅠㅠ Please give me adviceㅠㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
