I'm currently looking into treatment for inflammation at the tip of my nose, and since my skin has gotten thinner, many people are recommending autologous dermis. One place uses fascia. Just looking at the surgery process, why does autologous dermis seem so awful to me ㅠㅠ For those who had autologous dermis, was the surgery process not too hard? Would it be possible to sit?
