I had Megaderm inserted for alar reduction, but I got red and yellow acne-like bumps, so I had it removed. Next week I'm scheduled to do the alar reduction again, but when I asked whether I could do the nasal tip at the same time, they said to do it later. They said since swelling is involved and because this happened once already, they can't tell how it will go. What do you think? I just want to do both at once.
