First of all, as soon as I walked in, the hospital felt very large and spacious, and the facilities felt state-of-the-art. The waiting time after booking was short, under 10 minutes. I felt that both the consultation manager and the doctor were very professional, and they were also very kind, which I appreciated. The consultation generally felt like they were tailoring things to the patient’s needs (but since I haven’t actually done it yet, I’m not sure how it will really turn out). I think the price is on the cheaper side. Revision surgery is free for up to 3 years, and I felt that the aftercare was well managed.
