The consultation followed this order: consultation manager -> doctor -> consultation manager again, and took about 2 hours in total. I waited about 1 hour past my appointment time, and the consultation itself, including the manager's consultation, took about 1 hour, while the doctor's consultation took about 20 minutes. The doctor explained my current eye condition and the direction I wanted in a relatively detailed way, and I was also able to ask about the things I was curious about. That said, during the process of setting up the reservation after the consultation, I did feel like I was being pushed a little strongly. Since I wanted to think it over carefully before deciding, that part felt a bit burdensome to me personally. The long waiting time was disappointing, but the consultation itself was handled in a relatively detailed way.
