I made an appointment and went in, then waited 30 minutes. The consultation manager asked how I wanted the nose surgery to be done. So I told them what I had in mind, and then suddenly they said, let’s just have you see the director right away. I waited again, then went into the consultation room and talked with the director. After I finished explaining what kind of nose I wanted with the director, the coordinator took me to the consultation room for the closing consultation. As soon as I sat down, they showed me the phone and said, “This is the price.” I wanted to ask more, but the consultation was rushed.
