Cheekbone and Square Jaw Review from Mianmandeugi (3 Years Later)

I also got a lot of help from reading reviews, so I'm posting an honest review in the hope that it helps someone else. (I'm now going to look into revision nose surgery) I guess everything here is written in informal speech.... I think I had surgery around February 2023... After I lost weight in my face and my bone structure became more prominent, I looked into cheekbone surgery and ended up getting square jaw surgery too~~ It was my first time having a bone-shaving surgery, and I was so scared that I looked up tons of reviews everywhere and had it done at a hospital I thought would be safe. In the end, I'm really satisfied. The cheekbone area has stayed the same (I haven't had a CT so I can't say for sure, but when I touch it with my hand, it doesn't feel like the bone has gone back to how it was before). I also don't have any side effects. After the square jaw surgery, the left and right sides looked a bit different, which worried me.. The right side felt like it had been shaved a little more.. but now I just live without thinking about it, so that's fine.. Though the salivary glands are a little visible.. that bothers me a little, and since I'm in my 40s my elasticity has dropped, so I pay a lot of attention to lifting. The scar from the cheekbone surgery was invisible on one side from the start, and the other side was especially sunken, but it's still faintly there. The square jaw surgery was done through an intraoral incision, so there are no problems at all. Since I'm older, I can't tell clearly whether the sagging is because of the cheekbone surgery or because of age. In my opinion, it seems like it had a subtle effect, but it doesn't look like the cheekbone surgery caused major sagging./. (I don't have much facial fat either.. and I get lifting care often) Since I have so little facial fat, I'm wondering if I should get filler or fat grafting... but my natural facial bone structure isn't pretty, so it's hard.. **As a special note, I remember the doctor being very sensitive, and he was kind one moment and touchy the next... I briefly woke up during surgery, but fell asleep right away... On the night of surgery it hurt a lot Because the hospital was far away, I remember going around the neighborhood looking for a local clinic to get injections after surgery..that was a bit hard.. (they didn't want to give them easily because I hadn't had surgery at their hospital) Sigh.. I fixed the tone... If anyone here is worrying about this, ask me~~
