Before-and-after review of rear-angle square jaw surgery at Bodi Plastic Surgery

I've been stressed about my face shape for a long time. Even when someone took a photo of me, my face would look big and square, so I never really liked taking pictures. Whenever I actually had to take one, I was busy covering my face with my hair. 🥲

I kept worrying about it for years, but with my wedding coming up at the end of this year, I decided not to put it off any longer and to take this chance to go through with surgery.

I looked into several places and had consultations, and at Bodi Plastic Surgery, the coordinator was really kind during the consultation, and I also gained a lot of trust after speaking directly with the surgeon. I had a lot of concerns about my face shape, but the surgeon said that instead of recommending multiple areas unconditionally, I could try starting with the part I was most worried about first, and then decide later if I felt anything else was needed.

There was no feeling at all that they were pushing me toward excessive surgery, and after taking a CT scan, they examined my face directly and explained everything one by one, including the facial structure and nerve locations. More than anything, they seemed to value operating within a safe range, which made me trust them even more.

After the consultation, I thought, 'Ah, I should do it here!' and decided to have rear-angle square jaw surgery.

On the day of surgery When the day of surgery finally came, since it was jaw surgery, I was really worried and very nervous about things like, 'What if something goes wrong?' 🥺 But before the surgery, the nurses and the surgeon were very relaxed with me and talked to me casually so I wouldn't feel tense, and I think I calmed down a bit before going into surgery.

I'm the type who worries a lot even in daily life, and I had thought about the surgery for a very long time before deciding, so I was extremely anxious that day, but because I had trust from the consultation, I was able to go into surgery with a slightly calmer 마음.

Personally, the pain after surgery was not as bad as I had expected. Wearing the bandage was inconvenient, but it wasn't as hard as I thought it would be.

Recovery after surgery About a week after the surgery, my bruising had almost disappeared and the swelling had gone down enough that I could go about daily life.

People around me even said things like, 'You look like you've lost weight,' and a friend who knew I had surgery said that if I hadn't told them first, they don't think they would have known I had surgery at all. 😊

And now it's been about 4 months since the surgery, and I'm really, really satisfied!!!! 🥰

Before, every time I took photos, I was very conscious of my face shape, but now I can feel that my face has become much softer, so taking photos is much less stressful than before. 😆

I'm so satisfied that it feels like a waste to have worried for so long, and I even thought, 'I should have done this sooner~'!!!

If you've been worrying about your face shape for a long time like I did, I think it would be good not to deliberation too long and just get a consultation first.

Overall, I was very satisfied from the consultation all the way through the surgery, and I'm looking forward to how it will look even more natural as time goes on. 💗
