I had ptosis correction with non-incisional adhesion from Dr. Kim Jeong-hyu.
My eyelid-opening strength was really weak and my eyes were on the small side, so even when I opened my eyes, I had to use all my strength and open them wide!! Because of that, I also got wrinkles on my forehead My eyes also naturally looked a bit fierce, so I wanted to soften my image, which is why I started looking into ptosis correction!
There were so many clinics offering ptosis correction that choosing one at first was hard, but once I actually went for consultations, I could immediately tell which places were good and which weren’t. I didn’t care whether it was non-incisional or incisional, but if possible, I wanted to avoid visible scars.
What I liked about Dr. Kim Jeong-hyu’s consultation was that he gave me as much choice as possible, while also saying things like, “I think it would be better to do it this way” here and there. That stance of not leaning too far to one side was the best part.
My eyes seem to have gotten somewhat bigger, and my double eyelids were also set nicely as in-lines. I spent a lot of time debating between in-out and in-line, but during the consultation the doctor let me see the line after setting it, so choosing was really easy.
The canthoplasty was also much more comfortable during recovery than I expected, and because the ptosis correction was non-incisional, it was truly, truly easy I don’t feel like it’s going to loosen at all, and I’m satisfied because the surgery turned out beautifully!
