Finally got a refined look..

I also had rhinitis and my face is round, so with my nose being round too, it never had a refined feel. Because of my rhinitis, I definitely had to get functional nose surgery and I thought the roundness of my nose was probably because of my alar base, so I wanted to reduce that too. Since my face shape is round, I felt like if only the nose tip became sharp, it wouldn't suit the rest of my face, so I wanted a more elegant look! The line came out better than I expected. The tip of my nose isn't pointy either, so it matches my face, doesn't it?? People around me also keep saying it turned out well and asking where I had it done. Before, my friends used to say I looked childish, but now they say that feeling is gone I guess because the nose is in the center of the face, just changing the shape really changes the whole impression. I really think I made the right choice getting surgery. Oh, and for reference, I used donated rib cartilage! They say using rib cartilage in a primary nose surgery is uncommon, but I wanted rib cartilage from the start. Highly, highly recommended~
