One-month review of non-implant rhinoplasty for a hump nose + arrow nose + long nose

My nose tip drooped, and I also had a high bridge, so my face looked rough, which stressed me out. I hated how my nose tip drooped even more whenever I smiled, so I would cover my mouth when I laughed, and I’ve had a big complex about my nose since middle and high school. I kept thinking about wanting rhinoplasty, then finally made up my mind, visited several clinics, and ultimately decided to have surgery at Obli Plastic Surgery..! First of all, my nose was already naturally high and large, so I absolutely!! had no desire to make it higher. I only wanted to naturally improve the drooping tip. After consulting with Director Kim Da-alm, I felt that he pursues a natural nose shape that can be kept long term within a safe range, and I thought the way he shapes the nose to match facial balance rather than looking only at the nose itself aligned with what I was looking for. I also wanted alar reduction, but he kindly yet firmly said it wouldn’t suit my nose and wouldn’t look pretty even if done.. That actually made me trust him more lol. I was very nervous, but the manager was also extremely kind, so I had a comfortable consultation, and I liked that there were CCTV cameras, so I decided on Obli. The surgery was non-implant rhinoplasty, with a slight hump reduction and septal cartilage + ear cartilage used for the tip! It varies from person to person, but for me the bruising and swelling after surgery were not severe. The director personally checked me at every follow-up, and even when I occasionally messaged the manager on KakaoTalk with random questions, she answered kindly and reassured me, so I think I spent the time without much worry! It’s only been a month, but I’m very, very satisfied because it improved only the parts I wanted without being excessive and still looks natural!! Especially, people around me didn’t think I had surgery..? Every time they say my impression has become softer and prettier, I feel like I really made the right decision to have it done My nose had a lot of issues in combination, so I wondered whether it could really improve...
