I had nose tip surgery without an implant, and it healed so naturally that I’m really satisfied👍 Right after surgery there was almost no swelling, and only the autologous costal cartilage area hurt a little, but after 2 weeks the pain there also eased a lot. It looks so natural that people around me would never know unless I told them, but the tip of my nose definitely became more refined and the side profile also got higher, which I really love!
