While considering revision rhinoplasty, I looked into several hospitals and ended up having surgery at DL Plastic Surgery. The biggest reason I decided on revision was the asymmetry of my nostrils. I had a slight asymmetry to begin with, but after the first surgery, as time passed, the columella gradually became more crooked, and the asymmetry stood out even more, which caused me a lot of stress. During the consultation, I said that I didn't necessarily need perfect symmetry, but I wanted the asymmetry to be less noticeable, and Dr. Jung Jin-wook reflected my opinion very well. He also designed it naturally to match the cute, round image I wanted, so I was satisfied. Before the revision, from the side, my forehead looked sunken and my mouth looked more protruded, and I was also worried that my nose tip drooped when I smiled, but those parts have improved a lot now. Even the nostrils that had been sharp are more rounded than before, and the asymmetry is much more natural than before, so there are far fewer things that bother me. It has already been 6 months since surgery, and now my nose feels completely comfortable, like it's my own nose, to the point that I almost never think about having had surgery in daily life because it has settled so naturally. As time passes, the swelling has gone down even more and the overall line has stabilized, so I feel even more satisfied. Even after surgery, the hospital carefully managed swelling, skin care, and regular follow-up checks, which gave me peace of mind, and I liked that they kept paying attention until the end. I recommend DL Plastic Surgery to anyone considering revision rhinoplasty!!
