My nose was originally small and short, so when I took photos, it felt like my nose got kind of buried So I had both tip surgery and osteotomy, and ear cartilage was used for the tip! Before surgery, I was worried that because my nose was short, it would look too obviously raised or unnatural, but it turned out much more natural than I expected, so I’m really satisfied. As the tip became more defined than before, my face looks more three-dimensional overall, and because of the osteotomy, the bridge line also feels neatly refined. The swelling hasn’t gone down completely yet, but compared to before surgery, the difference is definitely visible, so I’m very satisfied haha I had it done by Dr. Lee Ji-hwan at Between Plastic Surgery, and they were very thorough from the consultation through the surgery, which I appreciated! If you’ve been worried about having a small, short nose like mine, I think it might be worth getting a consultation:)
