Why I Chose Autologous Costal Cartilage for the Nose Tip

I’ll talk about why I chose autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip. This is based on my consultation with Dr. Park Jeong-heum at M.O.I and the information I found. First of all, the nasal tip can droop, so I found that ear cartilage and septal cartilage don’t provide strong enough weight support. When I actually went for the consultation, they explained other materials too. I thought autologous costal cartilage was the best option, so I went ahead with the surgery. There were a few criteria I used when choosing a clinic. One was that it had to be a private clinic. There have been a lot of stories lately about surrogate surgeries and other issues, so because it was a one-doctor clinic, I paid close attention to that part. I also thought the quality would be different. After the nose surgery, what I felt was that the care and follow-up were definitely thorough. Since they do it under their own name, I think the surgical quality seems good too. Now it has settled in well, and I really like how they designed it to match my facial balance
