I originally had a bit of a hump and a blunt nose tip, so from the front it gave off a boxy-nose feel I was a bit wary of putting in an implant, so I looked for places that focused on no-implant surgery from the start, and this place at Mark seemed to do a lot of no-implant cases too, so I went for a consultation. After the consultation, it matched the direction I wanted, so I decided to have the surgery. I said I wanted to do it without an implant, and they didn’t push any other materials on me but instead looked at it according to my needs, which I liked, and I was able to consult without feeling rushed. For the tip of the nose, they used autologous costal cartilage, and overall they carefully designed the hump reduction, as well as the nasolabial angle and columella that I had been paying attention to Overall, it feels like it came out in the exact style I wanted... Before surgery, I worried that doing it without an implant might not change much But once it was done, the bridge didn’t feel unnaturally high, the hump was smoothed out, and the tip looked much slimmer than before, so I’m satisfied!! The director and the consultation manager were kind, and the staff in the operating room and treatment room treated me comfortably too, so overall I had no discomfort and feel like the surgery went well and came out good
