I do have a bulbous nose, but the bridge wasn’t thin and my nose wasn’t especially low; the tip was high, but the columella was pulled in quite a bit, and they said my skin was very thick. On top of that, I didn’t have much fatty tissue in my nose; it was just that the skin was thick. I worried a lot about my alar base, but since I have prominent cheekbones and a somewhat round face, I thought that if I also reduced the nostrils, there would be too much empty space. The doctor also took that into account and in the end didn’t do it, and that’s how my current nose was completed. At another clinic, they also said my nose wasn’t especially low overall and that the tip was rather high, so it was more in line with the kind of nose people are pursuing these days? A bridge that’s slightly low and a tip that’s upturned? They said the change wouldn’t be very dramatic. But actually, even at the clinic where I had the surgery, they said they would make my nose as close as possible to the one I wanted. The doctor later said after checking the progress that they had done the best they could, lol. I’m fine with it and I like it, but maybe because they really prefer a refined, understated look? I also wanted something refined and glamorous, but if this is the best they can do, what can I say. Anyway, read the reviews and think it over once. I was someone who always hated my nose for my whole life, to the point that I even had a nickname because of it; from the front it was really a round, bulbous nose. After the surgery, my confidence went way up, and I’ve been told I look pretty a lot. Especially mothers said my face looks very sophisticated, pretty, and exotic. And above all, the best thing about this clinic is that I have no visible surgery marks at all. You can look as hard as you want and still not find any. And on the first day, there was really very little swelling too. I think they must have managed the bleeding really well. During the consultation, they even said they’d delay the appointment for an hour if bleeding wasn’t controlled during surgery, but that they absolutely have to stop all the bleeding before finishing. I also thought I wanted a doctor who takes good care of their nails and is neat. You know what I mean about men who really keep their nails well~
