From the front, my bulbous nose made my nose look wide, and from the side, the hump made it look like a plain ugly nose.. It really was neither here nor there.. I didn't want silicone, so I basically had the whole thing reworked with donated rib cartilage. After surgery, the bulbous feeling was much reduced, and the hump that stuck out on the side line also became smooth and straight. It isn't thin and drastically changed, but it fits my face naturally, not artificial at all. If anything, I think that makes it prettier.. Thinking about how I used to obsess over my nose, I just wish I had done it earlier. Anyway, that's that
