Nose Surgery Reviews

I had bridge and short-nose surgery at VN without using implants

I had nose surgery with Director Oh Seung-il at VN. The bridge hump, both from the CT scan and in person, wasn't that severe, so he said he would lightly shave it down to correct it. For the tip, he said he would bind the cartilage to create a higher, sharper shape, and use donated rib cartilage and the septum to lengthen the nose as well. During the consultation, I brought photos because I wanted a nose like Shin Se-kyung's, and while looking at those photos, the director also showed me through simulation how it would look on my face, which I thought was really nice. I had filler injected in my nose 8 years ago, and it was only good for a short while at the beginning. After that, I was constantly anxious because the shape of my nose kept changing. But after going ahead with nose surgery like this, I feel completely relieved. The reason I chose filler before was that recovery, swelling, and bruising felt burdensome, but after surgery, since I had it done without an implant, I didn't even need the nasal packing for long (I only had it in for one day), and because there was no splint, it was so comfortable. Of course there was some swelling, but it wasn't that severe. If you, like me, are hesitating about nose surgery because of recovery after the operation, try looking for a place that can do closed, implant-free nose surgery like I did. Then it should be fine.
