Autologous rib nose surgery.. satisfied in a frustrating way.. everyone getting nose surgery, please read..

This is just me venting.. It seems like the nose surgery went well. The deficient areas were filled with fascia using autologous rib.. But I wanted a straight nose. So I carefully drew the side profile of my nose on my photo and brought it in. Of course, to make a straight line from my nose, you only need to fill the area above and below based on a slight dorsal hump, and I drew it that way, so I naturally thought that was how it would be done.. So I didn't tell them before surgery not to shave down the dorsal hump at all (I really, really regret that), and they smoothed the hump down.. (It just seems like the director's preferred look is fixed in their hands..) From advice I heard at ㅇㅂㅈ Plastic Surgery, there are actually many cases where everything gets removed later in life, so if you take out the septal cartilage and use it, the foundation gets weaker later, and donor rib cartilage tends to cause contracture often, etc. I had heard things like that. So after visiting six clinics, my decision was that it had to be autologous rib and my own tissue. Even for a first surgery. But my goal was to correct a slightly sunken bridge and a nose tip that looked long because it drooped downward. So I was thinking that even if all the tissue were removed later (even if it were my own tissue, a contracture response could still happen), my original nose wasn't that bad, so I was also considering restoring it to how it was. But on top of that, they shaved off 0.5 mm of the not-so-high dorsal hump... sigh... If it had been like this, I would have just done it at another clinic with a non-open approach, only done the tip, lived with it, and later maybe added a little filler to the bridge. What is this even. I'm seriously having a meltdown.
