I went in for a consultation because my facial contour was very uneven, and when you first go for a consultation, the doctor puts up the patient's photo and asks you to draw with a pen how you want to reduce it. Even if I'm not very good at drawing, the doctor immediately catches the intention and redraws it, so you don't need to worry about that. The doctor set the surgical plan quite conservatively. It definitely seemed like they prioritize natural results and maximum safety, but people who want it more flashy and dramatic probably won't be very satisfied.
