Second nose reconstruction

I previously posted that at 10 months after reconstruction for a contracted nose, I thought I had an infection, but thankfully it wasn't an infection and was a symptom of scar tissue forming instead. At 10 months, scar tissue forming is very strange and not common, but it could happen because a few weeks ago, the ear cartilage that had been grafted onto one side of the bridge of my nose suddenly slipped off to the side, and my whole nose felt like it got slightly longer downward. It felt like the bridge was stretching. It hurt so much. Because of that issue, it seems like scar tissue is forming again.. In any case, when one piece of cartilage slipped off and the central axis collapsed, for a moment I felt dizzy like when you get tinnitus, felt like vomiting, broke out in a cold sweat, and so on. Then that detached cartilage moved down over one side of the nostril, making the nostril that was already hard to breathe through even harder to breathe through. The hospital where I had the surgery only says the surgery itself wasn't a problem.. They prescribed Libacen, so I'm taking it. The only silver lining is that I was worried about inflammation, but it wasn't that. In any case, because of issues like difficulty breathing through one side of the nose, aching at the base of the columella, and the bridge looking uneven because the cartilage slipped, I want to look into nasal reconstruction once more I can't remove it.. There is almost no septal cartilage, so reconstruction is the only option If I ask for recommendations for reconstruction hospitals, will brokers come running? Please recommend some reconstruction hospitals you all have looked into.
