Would it be better to remove everything, taking out the silicone and also all of the cartilage? Or should I leave the ear cartilage in place and shape it more nicely while also considering aesthetics? I'm not removing it because of inflammation or contracture or anything like that... I'm just removing it because it's uncomfortable and noticeable. I'm a mom with a young child... But now that I'm actually trying to take it out, I suddenly don't want to give up aesthetics either I'm scared I'll end up needing another revision if I do a full removal Do most people remove the capsule too when they do a full removal..? I'm removing it in a state with no inflammation, so I'm worried that if I remove the whole capsule for no reason, my skin will just get thinner...
