Today while picking my nose, I felt something, so I looked and saw this white thing It doesn't seem like silicone or cartilage, and it looks more like scar tissue, but it doesn't hurt, doesn't smell bad, and there's no swelling or heat either If I leave it alone, could it lead to contracture? But it also feels like it might have come from picking my nose too much.. What does it look like to everyone?
