I’ve always been really scared by nature, so I kept thinking about breast surgery for a long time, and this time I finally got it done haha. As the surgery date got closer, I even felt like canceling it for no reason, but since I had already made up my mind, I just went through with it On the day of surgery, I wasn’t as nervous as I expected, and when I opened my eyes, I was in the recovery room. I rested in a private recovery room, and it was nice to be able to stay quietly by myself while I was waking up from anesthesia and feeling disoriented. The nurses kept checking my condition and also explained things like how to move and when to drink water, so I wasn’t very anxious. I work as a trainer, so the recovery period was my biggest concern, but right after surgery my chest just felt heavy and tight, and it wasn’t nearly as painful as I had imagined. I rested through the weekend and went back to work, and at first I avoided lifting heavy equipment or demonstrating big upper-body movements, and I taught classes more by explaining verbally, so it was more manageable than I expected. Now I’m 3 months out, and I’ve basically returned to normal daily life, and discomfort when exercising has also gone down a lot. At first my breasts felt a bit firm and sat high, but over time I can feel them becoming more natural I chose Mentor Boost because rather than looking too obviously large, I wanted my upper-body proportions to look naturally enhanced when I wore workout clothes or fitted clothes, and now I feel like I’m getting closer to the look I wanted. Before, because my chest was small, fitted clothes made my upper body look flat, so I’d unconsciously hunch my shoulders, but now that I have more volume, my overall body proportions look much better, and I’m especially satisfied when I wear workout clothes It’s still only 3 months, so the texture and shape still need to settle more, but so far I’m satisfied with the surgery. For people like me who work out a lot or have physically demanding jobs, I think it’s best to plan the schedule carefully and consult with recovery time in mind!
